Wedding Designer

At Phool & Pheras, we don’t just plan weddings, we design experiences that feel like the couple. Every pattern, palette, and prop is intentional. From the first sketch to the final setup, our design team turns stories into spaces.
We’re looking for a Wedding Designer to join our creative team in Bangalore. This role is all about concept creation, visual detailing, and spatial storytelling, transforming ideas into visual narratives that come alive on the wedding day.
What You’ll Do
🎨 Design for Love – Build personalized design concepts and visual narratives that reflect each couple’s story.
📐 Visualize & Illustrate – Create sketches, mockups, and 3D layouts to help couples and vendors see the vision before it’s real.
🌿 On-Ground Execution – Work on-site during wedding setups to bring the design vision we’ve pitched to life through styling, installations, and décor coordination.
🧠 Collaborate Creatively – Work closely with the founders on design decks, theme ideation, and presentation aesthetics.
✨ Craft Visual Assets – Design everything from wedding collaterals and invites to custom signage, packaging, and digital artwork.
🎨 Create Custom Prints & Branding – Design unique patterns, motifs, monograms, and branded elements that tie the couple’s story across every touchpoint, from fabrics and stationery to décor and digital design.
📋 Refine & Research – Explore new materials, references, and techniques to push our visual language further.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A strong eye for design, composition, and color.
✔ The ability to translate ideas into sketches, illustrations, and layouts.
✔ Background in interior design, architecture, or visual communication is a big plus.
✔ Proficiency in design tools: Illustrator,Photoshop, Procreate, Canva, Corel DRAW
✔ Obsessed with detail, aesthetics, and organization.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✔ Based in Bangalore (this is an in-person role).
Expected pay: ₹5-6 LPA
