Role Description The Technical Trainer role at Evibloom PVT Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for employees and clients, including instructor-led sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and documentation, and updating content to reflect new tools, processes, and technologies. The role involves facilitating engaging sessions, evaluating participant performance, gathering feedback, and continuously improving training effectiveness. The Technical Trainer will collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and supports successful adoption of systems and solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Training, Training & Development, and working in Technical Trainer roles.
Strong skills in Training delivery, curriculum design, and session facilitation.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and confidently.
Ability to use presentation tools, e-learning platforms, and training software effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, education, or related discipline preferred.
Proven experience conducting on-site training programs, ideally within technology or corporate environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and adapting training to diverse skill levels.
