Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Social Media Executive with a strong emphasis on content creation to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, skilled in creating engaging content, and knowledgeable about social media trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Visual Storytelling: Design eye-catching graphics and videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive community around our brand.
Analytics and Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on content performance; use insights to optimize future content strategies and improve engagement.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Shall have around 3-4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Agency.
Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
