We’re hiring an International HR & Recruitment Manager at IST Hungary 🇭
🇺As IST Hungary continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced International HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team and take the lead in recruiting professionals for our digital and IT
projects
.This role is ideal for someone who is ready not only to manage recruitment, but also to help build and develop the HR function within an international company
.Your responsibilities will include
:• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews and final candidate coordinatio
n• Recruiting digital and IT specialists across international market
s• Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platform
s• Screening candidates and evaluating their experience, skills and suitability for the rol
e• Coordinating interviews with managemen
t• Building and maintaining a strong international talent pipelin
e• Managing multiple vacancies independentl
y• Developing and improving internal HR and recruitment processe
s• Supporting the continued growth of the IST Hungary tea
mWhat we’re looking for
:• Proven professional experience in HR and recruitmen
t• Experience recruiting across the EU, UAE, Russia and CIS market
s• Experience hiring IT and digital professional
s• Experience managing the full recruitment cycle independentl
y• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skill
s• Fluent English (C1-C2) is require
d• Fluent Russian is required for internal communicatio
n• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneousl
y• Recommendation letters and/or professional references from previous employers or client
