Role Description The Account Manager – CA will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, primarily with business setup and consultancy clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, preparing and reviewing financial and compliance-related documentation, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services. The role involves advising clients on business setup, banking, and financial structuring in line with UAE regulations, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for additional services or cross-selling. The Account Manager – CA will also handle issue resolution, maintain accurate records, prepare reports for management, and contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
Solid understanding of accounting, auditing, tax, and compliance principles; Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
Experience in business consulting, business setup, or financial services, ideally related to UAE or international markets.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for business growth and banking solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant financial or CRM software; strong organizational and time management skills.
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and client-centric mindset, with fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.
