GRINista Waste Management Private Limited is hiring an HR & Staffing Head for our Patna office, with the primary responsibility of building, coordinating, and deploying our housekeeping and sanitation workforce across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Position: HR & Staffing Head
Location: Patna, Bihar
Experience: 1–2 years essential
Salary: ₹17,500/month + incentives
Accommodation: Provided
Work: Primarily office-based + occasional field visits
🎯 Your Core Responsibility
The main focus of this role is staffing and manpower supply for housekeeping and sanitation operations.
You will be responsible for:
Recruiting housekeeping staff and sanitation workers as per project requirements.
Building and maintaining a strong pool of available housekeeping and sanitation workers.
Coordinating the deployment of staff across different sites in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Understanding manpower requirements from different sites and arranging staff accordingly.
Ensuring timely joining and deployment of new workers.
Coordinating replacements for absenteeism, attrition, or urgent manpower requirements.
Regularly following up with site supervisors regarding staffing requirements.
Maintaining accurate records of available, deployed, and required manpower.
Developing local recruitment networks and sources to continuously find suitable workers.
Coordinating worker onboarding and basic HR documentation.
Making occasional visits to project sites whenever required for staffing or workforce-related matters.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, HR, or workforce coordination is essential.
Candidates with experience specifically in housekeeping, sanitation, facility management, waste management, labour/manpower supply, or field workforce recruitment will be preferred.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with and coordinating frontline workers.
Ability to recruit workers quickly against urgent requirements.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Willingness to take ownership of staffing targets.
Comfortable coordinating manpower across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Willing to make occasional field visits when required.
