Role Description: This is a remote, contract Project Manager role responsible for overseeing digital projects from initiation through delivery. The Project Manager will plan project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, and coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and clients to ensure clear expectations and on-time completion. Daily activities include tracking progress, managing project documentation, identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. The role also involves aligning project outcomes with client goals, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement of WebBeats’ project delivery processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and deliverables.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review work quality, verify requirements, and support compliance with project standards.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple digital projects.
Experience managing digital or marketing projects (web, mobile, or campaign-related) is highly beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and comfort interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
