Role Description The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design proposals, and translating ideas into detailed drawings and presentations for client review. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves coordinating with internal teams and consultants, participating in design reviews, and ensuring that architectural solutions comply with local regulations, codes, and project requirements. The Design Architect will work on construction drawings, assist in overseeing design implementation during various project stages, and support design management activities to maintain consistency and quality. The role also includes regular communication with clients, contractors, and team members to address design queries, incorporate feedback, and help deliver projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Strong Architectural Design and Architecture skills, with experience in concept development and detailed design.
Should have atleast 3 - 8 years of experience in the Architectural field.
Proficiency in Design Management, including coordinating project stakeholders and aligning design with project goals.
Ability to prepare and review Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, buildability, and compliance with codes.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools).
Knowledge of local building regulations, standards, and approval processes in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
