Role Description The Content Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning and overseeing content initiatives across digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing content strategies, creating and editing copy, managing content calendars, and coordinating with design, marketing, and product teams. The Content Lead will review and optimize existing content, maintain tone and messaging consistency, and use performance data to refine future content. The role also involves mentoring content contributors, establishing best practices, and supporting key campaigns and projects from concept through execution.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in content leadership, including planning, creating, and overseeing written and visual content across multiple channels.
Strong editorial skills, including writing, editing, and quality assurance for clear, concise, and audience-focused messaging.
Ability to develop and manage content strategies, workflows, and calendars, with attention to deadlines and stakeholder alignment.
Experience collaborating with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaign goals and brand consistency.
Comfort working with analytics or performance metrics to inform content decisions and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in digital, agency, or creative environments is preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
