Role: Social Media Marketing Intern
Location: Belapur
Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Stipend: ₹ 5,000 – 10,000 /month

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management:
Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
Research current social media trends, trending Reels formats, audio, hashtags, and content ideas.
Plan and schedule regular posts, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic social media copy.
Coordinate with the Creative, Production, and Post-Production teams to ensure timely content delivery.
Monitor comments, messages, and overall audience engagement on social media platforms.
Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, views, and follower growth.
Keep up with competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
Podcast Marketing & Production Support
Support the production team during podcast shoots, including coordination and managing content requirements.
Work closely with the post-production team to identify key moments, clips, quotes, and highlights from podcast episodes for social media.
Help develop short-form content/Reels from podcast videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Suggest creative ideas for podcast thumbnails, hooks, titles, teasers, and promotional content.
Track upcoming podcast episodes and ensure all promotional content is planned before publishing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva
Knowledge of or interest in Influencer Marketing
Strong Research and Analytics capabilities
Passion for Social Media Marketing
Eligibility Criteria
Available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
Able to commit to a duration of 6 months.
Possess relevant skills and interests.
