Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor patients admitted to the post-surgical ward.
Conduct regular rounds and monitor patients' post-operative recovery.
Assess patients' clinical condition and attend to routine medical requirements.
Monitor vital signs and identify any post-operative complications.
Coordinate with the concerned Dental/Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons regarding patient care.
Ensure timely escalation of any emergency or clinical deterioration.
Maintain patient treatment records, case sheets and ward documentation.
Assist in smooth day-to-day medical management of post-surgical patients.
Candidate Profile
Qualified medical professional as per the requirements of the Dental College & Hospital.
Relevant experience in post-operative ward / hospital patient management will be preferred.
Good clinical assessment and patient-management skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with surgeons and hospital staff.
Good communication and documentation skills.
