Role Description The Agentic AI Intern role is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the design, testing, and optimization of AI-driven agents and workflows for hospitality use cases. Day-to-day responsibilities may include researching AI tools and frameworks, assisting in configuring and integrating AI agents with internal systems, and documenting processes, prompts, and best practices. The intern will help analyze user and operational data to refine AI behaviors, collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities, and contribute to prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions. This role also involves preparing clear reports and presentations on findings, maintaining organized project documentation, and participating in regular remote meetings with mentors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of AI concepts, including large language models, conversational agents, and basic machine learning principles.
Familiarity with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and the ability to work with APIs or automation tools is preferred.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical AI use cases.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting workflows, prompts, and technical findings in accessible language.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Interest in the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn how AI can enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Exposure to AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, or similar) and prompt engineering concepts is an advantage.
