About DELVON
DELVON is an operations consulting company helping SMEs, e-commerce businesses, warehouses, fulfilment operations, and startups improve their processes, performance, and decision-making.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst who can turn messy business data into clear, actionable insights.
What You'll Do
Collect, clean, structure, and validate data from Excel, CSV, ERP, WMS, CRM and other business sources.
Analyse operational and business data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends, and performance gaps.
Translate business problems into meaningful KPIs, metrics, and performance frameworks.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
Build KPI dashboards for areas such as productivity, SLA, quality, cost, inventory, capacity, and operational performance.
Develop data models, calculated measures, filters, drill-downs, and automated reporting where required.
Convert analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
Work closely with DELVON's operations consultants to support client projects.
Help create reusable KPI frameworks, dashboard templates, and analytical tools for DELVON's consulting practice.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Operations Analytics, BI, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong Excel and data-cleaning skills.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Good understanding of KPI development and business performance measurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work with messy, incomplete, and inconsistent real-world data.
Ability to understand a business problem and determine what data and KPIs are needed to solve it.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

SQL
Power Query
DAX
Python / Pandas
Data modelling
Experience with warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce, or other operational environments.
Consulting or process-improvement experience.
How to Apply
