Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Pink Shadow Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, Pay Roll and HR policies and procedures within the company.
Requirements :
Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
Performance Management and Training skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in conducting interviews and onboarding processes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Knowledge of Pay Roll management
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience :
Minimum 1 year in HR Management or related field
Note : Candidate and nearby Bardhaman town will be given preference.
