Role Description This is a full-time, on-site non-IT role based in Krishnagiri. The role involves supporting daily operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of services to customers and partners. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records, assisting with basic network or systems-related coordination (in collaboration with technical teams), and escalating issues as needed. The individual will work closely with operations, support, and administration to ensure a high standard of customer experience and efficient workflow. The role also requires adhering to company policies, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining a professional, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to support coordination with technical teams and ensure secure operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to assist with identifying and routing basic technical or connectivity issues.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, support users, and maintain positive relationships.

Prior experience in operations, administration, or support roles is beneficial; experience in fintech or digital asset environments is an advantage.
