​We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, lead our floor sales team, and achieve revenue targets. You will manage customer experience, stock integrity, visual merchandising, and team performance across smartphones, home appliances, and accessories.
​Key Responsibilities
​Sales & Revenue: Drive monthly and category-wise sales targets, prioritizing high-margin attachments (extended warranty, accessories, EMI financing).
​Team Leadership: Brief, roster, and coach retail sales executives and brand promoters; conduct daily morning huddles.
​Inventory & Shrinkage: Monitor stock health, ensure demo unit compliance, perform serial/IMEI audits, and minimize stock variance.
​Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising guidelines, display hygiene, promotional POSM, and active live-demo setups.
​Customer Escalations: Supervise billing, expedite consumer finance clearances, and resolve high-level customer service or delivery queries.
​Reporting: Reconcile daily collections (Cash, Card, UPI, EMI finance) and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR)
​Qualifications
​Experience: 3–6 years in retail operations, with at least 2 years managing a store or department (Consumer Electronics, Mobile Retail, or Appliances preferred).
​Skills: Strong track record in target achievement, team handling, and floor supervision.
​Systems: Familiarity with retail POS software, billing workflows, and retail finance desks (Bajaj, Pine Labs, bank EMIs).
​Communication: Excellent customer-handling, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
