Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Bawana. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related documentation. The role involves implementing and updating HR policies, assisting managers with personnel management issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The specialist will handle employee queries, support performance management cycles, and contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives. This position requires collaboration with leadership and other departments to ensure HR practices support business goals and a safe, respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to manage daily HR operations.
Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and documentation.
Skills in Personnel Management, including supporting performance reviews, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR software, and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Effective communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Bawana and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
