Operation Executive

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations by overseeing processes, optimizing systems, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.

Requirements
B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT preferred.
MBA Graduate with strong coordinating skill can also apply
Experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of operational principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools to track performance and generate reports.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
