Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Intern. The Social Media Intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Responsibilities include assisting with content planning, drafting captions and posts, repurposing long-form content into short-form formats, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The intern will help monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a professional manner, and track basic performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with the core team to align content with campaign goals, conducting light research on trends and audience preferences, and proposing creative ideas to improve reach and community engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign execution and audience growth.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to plan, design, and optimize posts across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to write clear, engaging copy and interact respectfully with the online community.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), basic analytics, and content scheduling tools is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines is important.
Interest in personal development, psychology, or coaching-related content and prior internship or project experience in social media is a plus.
