Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Goregaon. The role involves creating motion graphics and video content for digital and mainstream campaigns, including social media assets, promotional videos, brand stories, and explainer content. Responsibilities include collaborating with creative and account teams to understand briefs, designing graphic elements, editing video footage, and integrating sound, music, and effects to deliver polished outputs. The Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor will assist in adapting concepts for Tier 2/3 and rural audiences, maintain brand consistency across projects, and manage files, assets, and timelines for multiple campaigns. The role also includes staying updated on design and video trends, following internal quality standards, and supporting senior designers with production tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animations and visual narratives.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including video editing, basic shooting or asset handling, and post-production workflows.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and print-ready campaign materials.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software is beneficial.
Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and deliver content suited to Tier 2/3 and rural audiences is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced agency environment are important.
A diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media formats (reels, shorts, banners, stories) will be an added plus.
