Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Skills Educator specializing in entrepreneurship, personal branding, and career growth. The educator will design and deliver engaging online lessons and workshops that help learners develop digital literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and professional visibility. Daily responsibilities include planning curriculum and learning activities, teaching live or recorded sessions, and providing feedback and guidance to learners. The role also involves creating educational resources, collaborating with the team to improve programs, and using digital tools to track learner progress and outcomes. The educator will support diverse learners, foster an inclusive learning environment, and continuously update content to reflect current industry trends.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience facilitating learning for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured, outcome-based curricula.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Knowledge of digital skills, entrepreneurship, personal branding, and career development strategies.
Experience with online teaching platforms, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive and learner-centered teaching practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
