Role Description The Behavioral Therapist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nizampet. The therapist will assess client needs, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies to support behavioral and emotional wellbeing. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. The role involves working closely with children and adults in clinical and educational settings, providing psychoeducation, and participating in case reviews and supervision. The therapist is expected to uphold ethical standards, contribute to a supportive therapeutic environment, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trust with clients, families, and colleagues.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology, with knowledge of developmental, clinical, and behavioral principles relevant to mental health care.
Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, including managing challenging behaviors and collaborating with caregivers and educators.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields.
Experience in mental health or special needs settings, familiarity with evidence-based therapy models, and the ability to maintain detailed, confidential clinical records.
Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
