About the Internship:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Intern to support our paid marketing initiatives and help drive measurable growth through data-backed campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS).
Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Basic knowledge of keyword research and audience targeting is an advantage.
Assist in planning, setting up, and monitoring paid ad campaigns.
Track campaign performance and help optimize based on key metrics.
Support in preparing performance reports and campaign insights.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eligibility:
Candidates pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or a fresher with a strong willingness to learn.
Good communication, analytical thinking, and basic performance marketing knowledge.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
