📣 URGENT HIRING: Assistant Property Managers
Revawork is hiring experienced Assistant Property Managers to support a U.S.-based property management client. This is a full-time remote role under our agency, supporting day-to-day property management operations, resident/tenant communication, rent collection, owner/landlord updates, task follow-ups, and portfolio coordination.
This role is best for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, a strong team player, and able to multitask in a fast-paced property management environment.
Qualifications:
✅ Must have relevant experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Management VA, or similar role.
✅ Experience supporting U.S. property management operations, with hands-on experience in long-term residential Single-Family Rental (SFR) homes is required.
✅ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
✅ Experience handling tenant delinquency follow-ups, rent reminders, resident concerns, renewals, and property updates.
✅ Comfortable managing maintenance coordination, lease-related follow-ups, emails, trackers, CRM updates, and daily tasks.
✅ Able to multitask, prioritize urgent items, and follow through without constant supervision.
✅ Team player, quick learner, and open to training and feedback.
✅ Familiarity with property management tools such as AppFolio, Buildium, Zendesk, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
✅ Must be fully available during the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern shift and should NOT be working with another client or job during the same hours.
✅ Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and backup internet.
💰Rate: $7-$8/hour
💸Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly, every 15th and 30th
🕘 Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
