Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Developer role based in Belthra Road. The Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications according to project requirements and coding standards. Responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, product management, and design. The role also involves documenting technical solutions, optimizing performance, and contributing to improvements in architecture and development practices. The Developer is expected to stay current with relevant technologies and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing systems.
Qualifications
Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with object-oriented or functional programming concepts.
Experience with web or application development frameworks and tools (for example, .NET, Spring, Django, Node.js, React, or similar).
Understanding of databases and data modeling, including experience with SQL and/or NoSQL systems.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, including version control (Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and collaborate effectively in a team-based, on-site environment.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to writing maintainable, secure, and scalable code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and prior experience in a professional development environment is an advantage.
