Food And Beverage Operations Manager

At Mela Fine Foods we are redefining the way we consume street food in India. Launched with our flagship stores at premium malls in Bangalore, we are now ready to take on the fight against unclean street eats and make it gen-z approved. Our original, signature recipes for traditional streetside snacks are packed with good protein, great taste and freshness. We are looking for a operations head, with F&B experience and a palette for good food. A chef at heart or by profession is an added bonus
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Bengaluru. As a Ops lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's recipies and handle end to end operations for Mela Panipuri. This requires managing teams, and building strong relationships with counter staff and mall management . The day-to-day tasks will involve kitchen prep for all kiosks, execution of key recipies , motivating the counter staff, tasting pani puri while discovering growth initiatives and scaling through other online channels and quick commerce .
Must have run own food brand or restaurant and have extensive experience with managing kitchens and food operations. Must be GREAT at sales and marketing, handling operations and setting processes and SOPs, and great interpersonal skills to handle and train counter staff.
Qualifications
From a reputed institute prefrably an MBA
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess business performance
Excellent Communication skills
Strong Operations skills and ability to follow SOPs tightly.
Proficient in building relationships
Land ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Proven track record in the Foodtech industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
