ZICA ZIMA Ludhiana is looking for a confident, presentable and creative professional to join our team as a Front Desk & Content Creator.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk
Welcome and assist students, parents and visitors professionally.
Handle front-desk enquiries and provide information about courses and admissions.
Communicate with prospective students through calls, messages and in-person interactions.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams for student-related requirements.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
Content Creation
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Appear confidently in videos, reels and promotional content.
Develop creative ideas for institute promotions, courses, events and student activities.
Stay updated with current social media trends and content formats.
Coordinate with the marketing team for regular content planning and execution.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Fluent and confident communication skills.
A pleasant and professional personality.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in front of the camera.
Creativity and an interest in social media and content creation.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools will be an advantage.
