Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Professional Land Surveyor is based in Omerkhan Daira, with some flexibility for work from home as project needs allow. The Professional Land Surveyor will perform field surveys for plant facilities and related infrastructure, including boundary, topographic, and building surveys to support construction, expansion, and maintenance projects. Daily activities include operating surveying instruments, collecting and validating site measurements, preparing survey reports and drawings, and coordinating with engineering, project management, and operations teams. The role involves interpreting plans and specifications, verifying site layouts, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and maintaining accurate survey records. The surveyor will also support planning decisions by providing precise data for mapping, design, and land-use documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for industrial and infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess experience in Topographic Surveys and Building Surveying to support design and construction activities.
Candidates should possess proficiency in using Total Station and related surveying instruments and software.
Candidates should possess the ability to interpret engineering drawings, maps, and legal land documents.
Relevant professional certification or licensure in land surveying, where applicable, is preferred.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and spatial awareness, with the ability to work safely in field conditions.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
