BrightCHAMPS is hiring Coding educators to teach school students up to Grade 12 through engaging live online classes. We welcome candidates with strong programming fundamentals, good spoken English and an interest in teaching children.
Current teaching window: 6 PM–1 AM IST
Teachers should be able to provide 4–6 hours of consistent availability.

What You Will Do
Teach live online Coding classes in 1:1 sessions and small groups of up to 3 students.
Conduct both demo and regular learning sessions.
Explain coding concepts clearly and adapt teaching to the student's age and learning level.
Follow the BrightCHAMPS ready-to-teach curriculum and teaching methodology.
Conduct periodic parent interactions/PTMs.
Participate in required training, assessments and feedback sessions.
Who Can Apply?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong programming fundamentals and logical problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of text-based programming, preferably Python.
Ability to read, write and debug basic programs using variables, conditions, loops and functions.
Familiarity with block-based coding is an advantage. Training on BrightCHAMPS-specific tools and platforms will be provided.
Good spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet and basic digital teaching tools.

Selection Process
Application Screening → Coding Assessment → Interview/Demo → Training → Final Assessment → Onboarding
Successful completion of training and the final assessment is required before session allocation.
This is a freelance, pay-per-hour opportunity. Monthly earnings vary based on availability and session allocation and are not guaranteed.
