Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary:
RupeeQ is looking for an HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong and talented workforce. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Prepare and post job descriptions on hiring platforms.
Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
6 months–1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Sales hiring is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of successful hires.
Candidate sourcing and interview conversion.
Offer-to-joining ratio.
Timely closure of open positions.
Accuracy of recruitment records and trackers.
