QSR Kitchen Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our growing team! As a Kitchen Team Member, you will support daily kitchen and restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Food Prep & Cooking: Assist in basic food preparation and cooking following standard recipes, SOPs, and prep standards (vegetables, dips, dressings, etc.).
Kitchen Support: Support the kitchen team during daily operations and fast-paced service hours.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen, equipment, and work stations.
Packing & Service: Assist in packing and serving food accurately and efficiently.
Team Operations: Follow operational directions provided by the Chef, Supervisor, or Floor Manager.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass. (Hospitality or culinary education/diploma is a plus, but not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply!
Passionate & Eager: High interest in food and the QSR/restaurant industry, with a strong willingness to learn.
Core Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and a positive, disciplined attitude.
Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable: Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
