Digital Marketing Intern (Social Media)

Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur
Duration: 6 months
Growleads is a B2B demand generation agency. We run outbound, Google Ads, AEO/GEO, and LinkedIn authority building for clients across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and India. We also build our own products: Maven, a LinkedIn content strategy and coaching tool, and Advocado, an employee advocacy platform.
You'll work on all three brands.
What are you expected to take care of -
About 80% of your time is social media:
Run the content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube for Growleads, Maven and Advocado
Write posts. Not rewrites of what we send you, actual first drafts you own
Turn our case studies, client results and internal data into carousels, short videos and posts
Build and run the founder and team accounts alongside the brand pages, since most of our reach comes from people, not logos
Handle comments, DMs and community engagement daily
Repurpose long-form work (YouTube videos, blogs, client wins) into 5 to 6 social assets each
Track what worked every week and report it: reach, engagement, profile visits, inbound conversations
The other 20% is broader marketing:
Support on email campaigns, newsletters and landing page copy
Basic competitor and market research
Help with Maven and Advocado launch content when those go live
We are looking for -
You already post something online, anywhere. Personal LinkedIn, a meme page, a niche X account, a YouTube channel. We care far more about this than your CV
You can write clearly in English. Plain sentences, no jargon, no ChatGPT voice
You can make a decent carousel or short video yourself in Canva or any video editing app
You use AI tools daily and know where they help and where they make things worse
You're comfortable being told a draft isn't good enough and turning it around the same day
Graduate or final-year student, any stream
