Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for our frontline teams, including Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Support, and Service Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end volume hiring for frontline and sales positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, consultants, job drives, and other channels.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
Assess candidates on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role suitability.
Conduct and manage walk-in drives and bulk interview batches.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining ratios.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, offers, and joining ratios.
Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.
Requirements
2–6 years of experience in volume/bulk hiring.
Experience in BPO, ITES, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2C/e-commerce hiring.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
