Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Germany. In this position, the individual identifies and develops new business opportunities with hospitality employers and partner organizations, including restaurants, hotels, and recruitment agencies. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and presenting Prowiden Overseas services as value-driven solutions for their staffing and visa needs. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with internal visa consultants, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up throughout the business development cycle. The Executive will also track market trends, prepare reports on sales activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the company’s presence across Europe.
Qualifications
Experience - 1 to 5yrs
Max CTC - 5 LPA
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and maintain sustainable partnerships.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to present services to diverse stakeholders.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within consultancy, recruitment, or hospitality sectors is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Germany, with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to meeting targets.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or other European languages is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
