Staff Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security capabilities across the platform.
Drive products and initiatives across areas such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, privileged access, and access governance.
Partner with security and engineering teams to build secure-by-design product capabilities and improve the overall security posture of the platform.
Translate complex security, privacy, regulatory, and enterprise requirements into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
Drive initiatives around data security, encryption, secrets management, auditability, logging, monitoring, and security controls.
Work with engineering teams on security architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform-level security capabilities.
Partner with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to understand security requirements, identify gaps, and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, execution, launch, and adoption for security products.
Define success metrics and continuously use customer feedback, product data, and security signals to improve the product.
Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and security teams on requirements related to SOC 2 ISO 27001 GDPR/CCPA, and other applicable standards.
Drive cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders with high ambiguity and dependencies.
Mentor other product managers and contribute to product management practices, frameworks, and strategy at an organizational level.
Requirements:
8+ years of product management experience, with significant experience building security, identity, platform, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS products.
Strong understanding of application and platform security concepts.
Hands-on product experience with one or more of IAM / CIAM, Authentication and Authorization, SSO / OAuth / OIDC / SAML, RBAC / ABAC, API Security, Data Security and Encryption, Secrets / Key Management, Audit and Compliance, and Security Monitoring / Logging.
Experience working with cloud-native, API-driven, distributed SaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively with senior engineering and security leaders and translate technical concepts into product strategy.
Demonstrated experience taking 01 and/or complex platform products from discovery through launch and scale.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience operating at the staff/principal PM level, driving strategy across multiple teams, and influencing without direct authority.
