We’re Hiring | General Manager – Finance
Olive Infraresorts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts function at our Head Office in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for financial management, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance, financial controls and supporting management in key business decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts function.
• Prepare and review monthly financial MIS and management reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and financial performance.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, consultants and statutory authorities.
• Establish strong financial controls, processes and approval mechanisms.
• Identify financial risks, cost leakages and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee finance operations across Olive's various properties and business verticals.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Ensure accuracy and timely availability of financial data and reports.
Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with relevant leadership experience.
• Strong experience in financial management, MIS and reporting.
• Experience managing finance teams and multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.
• Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work closely with senior management.
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, infrastructure, real estate or multi-business environments will be an advantage.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
