Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave administration, and HR record keeping. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer and induction activities. The role will focus on maintaining positive employee relations, addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training or development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contribute to building a fair, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR functions.
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, onboarding, attendance, and compliance-related activities.
Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address employee concerns and support a positive work environment.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including implementation, communication, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in industrial or environmental services sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
