Sparrow Softech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We are seeking a confident, articulate and technology-oriented professional with strong experience in developing business with Government Departments, PSUs and institutional clients.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop business opportunities in Government & Institutional sectors
• Build and manage relationships with Government Officers and senior stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT, Software, AI & Digital Transformation solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and client meetings
• Follow up on proposals, tenders and business opportunities
• Coordinate with technical and management teams for effective solution presentations
• Negotiate, close opportunities and develop long-term client relationships
🔹 REQUIREMENTS
🎓 Qualification: MBA preferred
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Business Development / IT Sales / Government Business
🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
🤝 Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
💻 Good understanding of IT / Software / AI / Digital Solutions
🏛️ Experience dealing with Government / PSU / Institutional clients will be an advantage
✈️ Willingness to travel across Mumbai & Maharashtra
