Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M / MDM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in OUAF, C2M, MDM and CC&B. The ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle Utilities implementation, customization, configuration, development, testing and production support.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and configure Oracle Utilities C2M/MDM/CC&B solutions using OUAF.
Develop and customize Business Objects, Business Services, Algorithms, Scripts, Zones, Portals, Menus and Batch Controls.
Work on C2M/MDM functional areas including metering, usage, billing, payments, collections and customer processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical/functional solutions.
Prepare technical design documents and support requirement walkthroughs.
Perform development, unit testing, SIT, UAT and production support.
Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes and provide effective resolutions.
Develop and support integrations between Oracle Utilities and external systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams and client stakeholders.
Participate in implementation, enhancement and rollout activities.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Must-Have Requirements
✅ 4–6 years of experience in Oracle Utilities
✅ Strong hands-on experience in OUAF
✅ Strong experience in C2M and/or MDM
✅ Good exposure to CC&B
✅ Hands-on experience with Scripts, BO, Algorithms, Zones and Business Services
✅ Strong Oracle SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
✅ Experience across development + testing + implementation
✅ Good understanding of utility business processes
✅ Strong communication and client coordination skills

Oracle Utilities C2M/MDM certification
MTM experience
Experience with Billing, Payments & Collections
REST/SOAP integration experience
Experience with international utility implementations
Experience in end-to-end implementation projects
