About the role

We’re looking for professionals who understand the day-to-day servicing of SME and mid-market clients at UK banks.
The project involves reviewing a simulated commercial banking environment used to train AI agents, drawing on practical experience with payments, mandates and business-account arrangements.
Relevant backgrounds include Commercial Operations Manager, Service Delivery Manager and Commercial Operations Business Analyst, provided you have direct, hands-on banking servicing experience.
📌 Project details
• Location: Remote
• Engagement: Freelance / task-based
• Commitment: One task, approximately 11.5 hours
• Dates: 28 September–2 October
• Completion: Ideally within 1–2 days after starting; part-time is acceptable
✅ Required experience
At least 3 years of hands-on UK business/commercial banking servicing or operations within the last 5 years, direct experience at a UK bank and fluent English.
We’re particularly interested in experience with:
• Mandates, signatories and dual authorisation
• Business banking user permissions and approval limits
• Payment processing, exceptions and investigations
• Cash management, negotiated pricing and fees
• Existing-loan drawdowns and repayments—useful but not mandatory
Relevant banks include NatWest, Lloyds, Barclays UK, HSBC UK, Santander UK, Metro Bank, Allica and similar UK banking institutions.
Job titles alone are not sufficient: relationship management, business analysis, audit or compliance experience must include hands-on commercial banking operations.
