Sales Partner — Web & Product Design Studio

We're a boutique design studio specialising in website design, UI/UX, and product design for startups and growing businesses. We have strong work, solid case studies, and a clear process. We need someone who can bring in clients — we handle everything after the handshake.
What you'll sell:
Website design & development ($3k–$20k projects) and product design engagements (UI/UX, design systems, prototyping).
Your commission: 20–30% of the first project value per client you bring in. Paid on invoice receipt. No cap.
You're a fit if you:
Have experience selling creative, digital, agency services or similar;
Are comfortable with outbound — LinkedIn, email, direct outreach;
Can qualify leads and handle initial conversations before handoff;
Work independently (you own process your processes and sales strategy);
Async communication (Slack, Trello, Email).
Not a fit if you:
Need a base salary or guaranteed income
Have no prior B2B sales experience
Expect the studio to generate your leads
