Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, move-in and move-out coordination, and handling routine inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include monitoring property maintenance needs, coordinating with vendors and service providers, ensuring common areas and facilities are well maintained, and verifying that safety and compliance standards are met. The role involves preparing regular reports on occupancy, rent collection, expenses, and property performance, as well as supporting budgeting and basic financial tracking. The Property Manager will work closely with internal teams to support marketing, tenant retention initiatives, and continuous improvements to the overall tenant experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property management, real estate operations, or facilities management.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors.
Basic understanding of lease agreements, property regulations, and compliance requirements.
Comfort with using property management software and general digital tools (email, spreadsheets, reporting systems).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address tenant issues and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
Attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and financial tracking such as rent collection and expense monitoring.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers.
Relevant education in property management, business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in residential or commercial property management in an urban setting is an advantage.
