About the role

We are hiring a team of creative strategists - 3-person team
1. Write & Research Clear Briefs with proper referencing.
2. QC the Scripts written by the content writers.
3. Brief the content procurement team about the dos and don'ts of a single brand as per their Brand Guidelines
4. Brief the creators, if required, regarding the type of shoot, etc.
5. Prepare editing style briefs for Videos Editors
6. QC the final output before sharing with the brand/Clients.
7. Assess and analyse the creative performance and work on further optimisation.
8. Ability to create workflows and work with writers, editors, content procurement resources, and clients.
9. Ability to make and execute large volumes of creator-led creative video output every month.
10. Work with Brand Managers to get briefs and plan their timely execution.
11. Must have experience working with Consumer Brands. Must understand direct-response creatives and how they work.
Team can be either Hybrid or fully Remote
Location for Hybrid - Delhi, Mumbai & Lucknow
