Role Description The Branch Manager role at LKS Finance Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Jabalpur. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high service standards. Typical tasks include supervising loan processing and collections, monitoring cash flow and branch accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements. The role involves driving sales targets, developing local marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with customers and community partners. The Branch Manager also focuses on coaching team members, resolving escalated customer issues, preparing periodic performance reports, and contributing to strategic decisions for branch growth.
Qualifications
Strong branch operations management skills, including supervision, workflow planning, and process compliance.
Experience in sales and business development within financial services, with the ability to meet and exceed branch targets.
Solid knowledge of basic finance concepts, lending practices, and risk assessment in a branch environment.
Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship building with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to lead and motivate teams, conduct performance reviews, and support staff training and development.
Comfort with using office software, spreadsheets, and branch management systems for reporting and analysis.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages as applicable.
Prior experience in a bank, NBFC, or other financial institution in a supervisory or managerial role is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
