Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 4 - 10 years of professional experience to join our project team. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, quality and safety compliance, project timelines, and construction execution to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Tech./B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in site management and civil construction, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of civil execution, structural works, finishing, and quality control.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading construction drawings, site layout planning, and quantity surveying.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, site management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site construction activities in line with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, quality control, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections, quantity estimations, and material management to improve project efficiency.
Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
