Role Description The Architectural Drafter will produce detailed architectural and construction drawings based on design concepts, sketches, and specifications provided by architects and designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans, elevations, sections, and details; updating drawings according to feedback; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with the design team, maintaining drawing accuracy and consistency, and organizing project documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with attention to accuracy and technical detail.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture and Planning to interpret design intent and translate concepts into clear documentation.
Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including the ability to create precise technical representations and revise plans efficiently.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication with team members.
Experience in residential or commercial projects in the Hyderabad region is an advantage.
