Role Description The Assistant Manager role at M/s PRADHAN CONSTRUCTION is a full-time, on-site position based in Talcher. The Assistant Manager will support daily project and site operations, including coordinating with supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are available as scheduled. Responsibilities include assisting with work planning, monitoring progress against project timelines, maintaining basic documentation and reports, and helping to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves supporting cost tracking, communicating project updates to senior management, and addressing routine issues that may affect site productivity. Qualifications
