Job Description
Through a rigorous five-stage process, Ashoka elects around 120-150 Ashoka Fellows a year. We now count 4000+ Fellows within Ashoka's lifelong association, Fellows who are at work bringing their innovations to life in 99 countries and beyond. We are forming a team of 10-12 professionals from world regions in which our Fellows operate who are specialists in OD field who can commit to one to three months of availability at around a flexible five hours a week. Our goals:
We Would Like To Offer Executive Level Organizational Development Advice To Early And Mid-stage Fellows Who Are Scaling Their Mission-driven Organizations Nationally And Beyond Borders. So We Are Seeking Equally Mission-driven OD Professionals Based In a Variety Of World Regions (for Language And Cultural Context) To Guide Them Along The Way With Their Expertise. You Will Be Strengthening Their Organization’s People Practices, Leadership Capacity, And Operational Effectiveness. As a Senior-level Professional Support Partner, You Will Serve As a Strategic Thought Partner To Organizational Leadership, Helping Them Assess Current Needs And Identify Practical, Sustainable Improvements In Areas Such As Organizational Structure, Team Effectiveness, Culture, Change Management, Leadership Development, Performance Practices, And Employee Engagement. What You’ll Contribute
Advise senior leaders on organizational priorities, growth, and change
Assess opportunities to strengthen roles, workflows, decision-making, and team collaboration
Recommend practical approaches to leadership development, culture, engagement, and performance management
Facilitate strategic discussions, planning sessions, or team workshops as appropriate
Help develop a clear, actionable roadmap with realistic priorities and measures of success

Desired Skills And Experience
Our ideal Support Partner would have:
8-10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, HR, leadership development, change management, or management consulting
Experience advising senior leaders and leading complex, cross-functional organizational change
Strong skills in organizational assessment, facilitation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to translate insights into achievable next steps
Commitment to equitable, inclusive, and mission-centered organizational practices
English required but other languages a big plus as our Fellows are international
