Job Description
Ashoka is creating an elite international team of senior level board development and governance experts who can advise Ashoka Fellows as they build and scale their organizations. We are looking for experienced professionals with skills in:
Governance fluency and fiduciary judgment
Strategic thinking
Political judgement and diplomacy
Facilitation and influence without authority
Exceptional written communication
Financial and risk literacy
Discretion and integrity
Talent assessment and inclusive recruitment
Data and process talent to turn governance into management discipline

Desired Skills And Experience
Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience, including 3-5+ years directly supporting boards, governance committees, or executive governance functions
Demonstrable experience with board assessment, recruitment/succession, policy and charter development
