Hiring: Associate Creative Producer
LOCATION : MUMBAI ONLY (HYBRID)
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to join us on an exciting AI-led project.
The role sits between creative, post-production and client management. We’re looking for someone who understands editing well enough to guide the team, while also being confident and comfortable being client-facing
What you’ll be doing:
• Act as the bridge between the client and our team of editors
• Understand briefs and translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for the editing team
• Review cuts and provide creative/editorial feedback
• Manage client expectations around timelines, revisions and deliverables
• Keep the project moving smoothly between the client and internal team
• Ensure the final output is creatively strong and aligned with the brief
What we’re looking for:
Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Strong understanding of video editing and post-production
• Good creative judgment and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients
• Ability to give clear, constructive feedback to editors
• Strong organisational and project-management skills
• Someone who can balance client expectations with the realities of production
• Experience working on fast-paced digital/video projects is a plus
• An interest in AI and emerging creative workflows would be a big advantage
Compensation: ₹50,000/month, depending on experience.
Looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate well and essentially be the creative bridge between the client and the edit team.
